Product Obsolescence Advisory

Purpose: TapTone is committed to providing the most advanced inspection equipment and the highest level of customer
service and parts support for our customers. The purpose of this advisory is to make our customers and dealers aware of
a legacy system that has been identified as End of Life (EOL).

System Affected: T4000 HMI Inspection Systems:

Advisory:
Effective July 31st, 2018 the TapTone T4000 (HMI) will be discontinued from production and removed as an active
product from the TapTone product line. TapTone will continue to offer customer support and spare parts for the HMI
system for a period of five (5) years from the date of last manufacture.

Recommendations:
TapTone recommends the PRO Series product line as the T4000 HMI replacement offering the latest technology in
examining containers for fill level, vacuum and pressure and physical defects. Utilizing a user friendly menu, the PRO
Series offers a value-packed combination for fast product setup and changeovers. Purchase orders for “last time buy” new
T4000 HMI systems will be accepted until July 31st, 2018.
